With so many children now learning from home, School Breathe have launched a free YouTube channel for pupils to enjoy a variety of breath techniques, helping children to learn effective and healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety. The techniques encourage a calmer state of mind to manage emotions, help develop confidence and help alleviate and manage mental health issues.
They will be uploading new content every Sunday for children to enjoy throughout the week. They also have children teaching breathwork too, which has been popular thus far!
